This event focused on three countries and related IRF legislative highlights during the 116th Congress: China, Myanmar and Iran.
The International Religious Freedom Congressional Scorecard, a project of 21Wilberforce, is intended as a model of proactive engagement for legislators. It tracks sponsorship and voting records of members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives for bills, resolutions, and amendments that support international religious freedom.
Notable IRF Leaders
21Wilberforce President Randel Everett recognized members of Congress who scored in the very top ranks based on IRF public actions taken during the 116th Congress.
Distinguished IRF leaders Nury Turkel, Wai Wai Nu, and Hormoz Shariat spoke about the harassment, discrimination and persecution that has occurred and continues to take place in China, Myanmar and Iran.
